Burlington Free Press: Has the management of a dam at a Northeast Kingdom lake degraded water quality, promoted erosion and caused property damage?
The Seymour Lake Association takes that view, and Monday criticized the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources for failing to maintain “natural and normal” water levels since the dam’s installation in 2004, according to a written statement from the group.
