According to an article on NewHampshire.com, the group recently met with the Lyndeborough Conservation Commission to discuss an easement for the land. They are having to protect the large tract of wooded hilltop recreation land with stunning views for miles from future development.

The owners of the land have agreed to sell the property to the conservancy, and the group has until the end of the year to raise the funds.
