A small ski resort in southern Vermont is for sale, and it can be yours for less than $1 million.

According to an article on GrindTV.com, Vermont’s Maple Valley Ski Area is being sold with an asking price of $950,000.

The property, which is close to the New Hampshire border, has 374 acres. It features a 16,000-square-foot lodge, two functional lifts, a t-bar and a tubing hill. A fully functional snowmaking operation and sets of lights are already in place.

The ski area originally opened in the 1960s and has been closed since 2000.
