A documentary filmmaker is raising funds to create a film about the Adirondack 46ers, but he only has until February 18 to reach his goal of $12,250.

Adirondack 46ers are people who have climbed all 46 Adirondack peaks above 4,000 feet. Film student Blake Cortright, of Albany, New York, is hiking his way toward becoming an Adirondack 46er himself. And while on the trail, he says he’s been inspired by 46ers and wants to create a film that tells their story.

Using the creative funding platform Kickstarter, he raised more than $5,000 within the last week. But he only has until February 18 to raise the remaining funds.
