A trail crew made up entirely of women recently spent nearly a week building bridges along New Hampshire’s legendary Crawford Path.

Each season, the Appalachian Mountain Club organizes an all-women volunteer trail crew.

This season’s crew was co-lead by a AMC Pinkham Notch Visitor Center/Joe Dodge Lodge staff and a returning volunteer. The women arrived at Camp Dodge on a Sunday, packed in to camp Monday and worked through Friday. They camped in the backcountry and hiked each day to their work sites.

Check out footage of their work below in this video from the White Mountain Trail Collective.
