The Trustees of Reservations, a conservation group in Massachusetts, is challenging people to hike 125 miles by the end of 2017.

The Hike 125 Challenge invites people to visit the Trustees’ properties and log their hiking miles at the properties using the Hike Trustees website. They will offer prizes to those who complete 125 miles by the end of the year. Prizes will also be awarded to the hiker who logs the most miles, the hiker who logs the most hikes and the hiker who visits the most Trustees properties.

The Trustees have 116 properties in Massachusetts that are home to more than 350 miles of trails. Hikers can visit the Hike Trustees website to discover places to hike.
