If you’re a skier who has a spare $10 million lying around, you can get yourself a pretty sweet new place in Stowe, Vermont.

Slopeside penthouses that are part of a new ski-in, ski-out development planned in Stowe are expected to go for roughly $10 million.

Construction of One Spruce Peak, the new six-story development being built by Vermont developer Spruce Peak Realty, is expected to begin next month.

The property will be a total of 117,000 square feet, with 27 ski-in, ski-out residences. Prices start at a cool $2 million. The penthouses are expected to go for between $7 million and $10 million.

Each penthouse will have a private elevator, plus oak floors, wool hand-loomed carpeting, balconies over looking Mt Mansfield, and a smart-home system that allows owners to control the heat, lighting, security cameras and more. Kitchens will feature reclaimed-chestnut farm tables, oak cabinets, and locally-sourced marble. Bathrooms with include soaking tubs and locally-sourced stone.
