Two New England ski runs have been listed among the 10 scariest ski runs in North America.

The list, published on Marmot.com, includes the Paradise run at Vermont’s Mad River Glen, which appears on the list at Number 4, and the Rumble run at Vermont’s Sugarbush, which appears at Number 5.

The article describes Paradise as “a hallmark run of the region, punctuated by ice, rocky outcroppings, drop-offs, tight trees, bumps, and variable snow.”

Of Rumble, the article says “for 2,600 feet, you’ll navigate a steep glade of tight trees, bumps, soft patches, stumps, and rock bands.”
