The 2026/27 Northeast ski and snowboard season is beginning to take shape.
Skiers and riders can pencil in some dates on their calendar now that three Vermont ski resorts have announced their target opening date is Saturday, November 21.
Vail Resorts announced this week that Stowe Mountain Resort, Okemo Mountain Resort, and Mount Snow are targeting Saturday, November 21 to open for the season. All three resorts are owned by Vail.
Of course, actual opening dates are subject to change based on weather and conditions.
This season will mark 90 years of skiing at Stowe.
