Northern Vermont To Host Paddle & Pedal Event July 11

An event challenging participants to both paddle and cycle through a scenic region of northern Vermont will take place in July.

The Missisquoi Paddle-Pedal will be held at David Park in Richford, Vermont on Saturday, July 11. The event combines 6.5 miles of paddling down a designated Wild and Scenic section of the Missisquoi River and 5 miles of cycling on the adjacent Missisquoi Valley Rail Trail.

Paddlers can use kayaks, canoes, or standup paddleboards, and the event offers a range of participant categories, including solo racing and three-person relays.
