A New York woman who injured her leg was stranded in the woods for two days before being rescued last Friday, according to an article in the Adirondack Daily Enterprise.
Sarah LePak, 29, was hiking in Point Au Roche park in Plattsburgh, New York, on Lake Champlain last Wednesday when she fell onto some rocks, injuring her leg and leaving her unable to move.
Rescue crews weren’t able to find her until Friday, after hikers had spotted her across the water. (READ MORE)
