Conservation officers, forest rangers, and volunteers from Upper Valley Wilderness Response Team responded to the White Cross Trail.
The hiker was located at an elevation of approximately 2,400 feet.
After receiving medical attention, she was placed in a litter and was carried down to the trailhead at Monadnock State Park Headquarters, arriving at the trailhead at 5:11 p.m.
