The 152-acre ski area has been part of Maine’s skiing scene for 62 years. It is home to 10 trails, three lifts, and a snow tubing area.
Besides ski and tubing operations, the listing includes lodge and commercial buildings, recreational infrastructure, a 9-hole disc golf course, mountain biking trails with bikes, and an extensive collection of equipment and machinery. It also includes a functioning firewood business and lumber kiln operation, and residential and commercial development opportunities.
The property has potential as a four-season recreational resort. The listing says the property has the potential for hiking, ATV recreation, events, lodging, cabins, camping, vacation rentals, and more.
