Ragged Mountain Ski Resort in Danbury, New Hampshire is for sale.
The sale of the resort was recently posted by CBRE Golf and Resort Group. No price was listed.
According to the listing, the approximately 1,900-acre offering at Ragged Mountain includes two major components – Ragged Mountain Resort and the surrounding 443 acres of development land with entitlements for 870 Equivalent Residential Units.
The land and assets offered are owned by two separate entities with different, yet affiliated ownership. The listing says they will be available both independently and simultaneously in this offering.
Ragged Mountain was started in 1965 and is celebrating its 60th year this year. The ski area has a vertical drop of 1,250 feet, 57 trails, five lifts, and 250 skiable acres.
Located just southwest of the Lakes Region in New Hampshire and less than two hours from Boston, Ragged Mountain offers stunning views and easy access, making it an attractive location.
