A male skier between the ages of 18 to 24 was seriously injured at Maine’s Sunday River on Saturday morning, according to multiple news reports.
Local police reportedly received a call from the Sunday River Ski Patrol requesting an ambulance around 9 a.m. According to PressHerald.com, the skier suffered a head injury while on the 3D Trail.
The skier was reportedly taken by medical helicopter to Central Maine Medical Center. Information on the skier’s condition is currently unavailable.
